The past week has been full of low grade fever and a chesty cough. I missed 2 days of running and yesterday went back out again. I ran a short spit. maybe 2 miles. But at least I got my blood pumping and my heart rate up… MAybe it will push some of this funk out.
Raw inspirations… I have been making some yummy foods…
Raw mini pizzas with macadamia nut cheez and sundried tom sauce… I used dulse in place of peperoni… it was chewy and nice and comforting. Pizza is a weak point for me. But I am at a place now when I eat cooked foods my body gets angry. It won;t digest and my blood pressure goes way up which increases stress and anxiety. What a strange reaction cooked foods have on the body. It is like an immediate immune response. I guess after time your body adjusts… but it does not feel optimal to eat lots of over cooked foods..
I also made some corn chips, this time I added some carrots to the mix. Not sure if I like them but they are crunchy… and thats good for me as I CRAVE crunch!
